The Neighbors’ Place has an annual budget of about $512,000 – not including the value of the food that is donated. A small staff operates TNP with the help of about 2,000 dedicated volunteers who share their time with clients, provide program & administrative support, assist with events, serve on committees, and so much more.
The Marathon County community has a long tradition of responding to those in need. Our funding primarily comes from the generosity of individuals, churches, organizations, and businesses, as well as grants from local and regional foundations and government. We are also a United Way partner.
You can make a positive difference in your neighbors’ lives through volunteerism, financial contributions, in-kind donations of household items, and perishable or nonperishable food. There are also mutually beneficial partnership opportunities. Contributions are tax-deductible.
