The
Market

The Market Place

The Market is a "Safe & Healthy Food Pantry" which means we highlight and prioritize healthy food options for our guests. Guests shop The Market with the guidance of one of our friendly volunteers, selecting foods based on household size. Our Feeding America Partnership means guests have access to familiar products from Sam's Club, Walmart, and Target and allows us to serve the need here in our community. We partner with Marathon County Hunger Coalition and local farms to source high quality produce seasonally. We are committed to expanding our selection to offer culturally specific options.

Yes! You can serve as a proxy and shop for someone who may not be able to make it to The Market. You will need to complete an application on their behalf and present a copy of the recipient’s photo ID and proof of residency for all other members of the household.

We do not currently. We shifted to a drive up model at the start of the pandemic to ensure we could continue to serve our community while keeping our guests, staff, and volunteers safe.

The Market offers a variety of fresh produce, frozen meats, breads, and nonperishable food items and convenience. We supply pet food, household cleaning products and personal hygiene items as available.
