Michelle Schaefer, President

Community Member

Michelle also serves on the Marketing Committee and the C-3 Committee.

Eileen Eckardt RN BSN, President-Elect

Marathon County Health Department, Director of Family Health and Communicable Disease
On the Board since: 2018
Eileen serves on the Human Resources committee for The Neighbor’s Place. She works in public health at the Marathon County Health Department as a program director for the Start Right program as well as communicable disease, and is involved in several community initiatives. Eileen has been a past board member of Bridge Community Health Clinic. She is active in the community as a volunteer, with experiences that include Aspirus Hospice, the St. Vincent de Paul Free Clinic in Merrill, the Wausau Warming Center, and Marathon County 4H. She lives in the country with her family and various 4 legged friends and likes to read, walk, spin yarn, horseback ride, and kayak in her free time.

Erik Rajek, Treasurer

First Business Bank, Director of SBA Credit 
On the Board since: 2018
Chair of the TNP Finance Committee and a member of the Health Impact Team for United Way of Marathon County. Prior to serving on the Board, Erik was a community member on the TNP Finance committee for 3 years

Melinda Bartell, Secretary

Presto Prints, Customer Service/Sales Rep
On the Board since: 2012
Melinda also serves on the Executive Committee and the C-3 Committee.

Beth Brinkmann

Greenheck, Human Resources Manager
On the Board since: 2015
Beth is also on Board of Directors for the Humane Society of Marathon County, volunteers with Junior Achievement and serves on an advisory board with UW Stout.

Tracy Etten

Community Member
On the Board since: 2016
Tracy is also Chair of the C-3 Committee and serves on both the Empty Bowls and Par-Tee Committees.

AyLee Her

Bridge Community Health Clinic, Community Outreach Coordinator
On the board since: 2018
AyLee also serves on the C-3 Committee, the Medical College of Wisconsin Regional Applicant Advisory Committee, the City of Wausau Citizen's Advisory Committee and United Way of Marathon County's Connected Subcommittee.

Matthew Muzynoski

Intercity State Bank, Assistant Vice President
On the Board since: 2019
Matthew also serves as a Finance Committee member for The Neighbors' Place.

Heidi Naber

Intercity State Bank, Mortgage Underwriter
On the Board since: 2020
Heidi serves on the C3 Committee. In addition she is  a member of the  Board for United Way Emerging Leaders. and also sits on the Lead Committee & Serve Committee. She also serve as the President for the John Marshall PTO.  

Matthew Ohrt

Merrill Steel, Director of Human Resources

Matt and his wife Denise of 23 years have four children and two foster children.  Matt’s volunteer activities include mentoring for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Marathon County Social Services, The Village Church Board Member, Catchall Consulting Board Member, United Way Site Coordinator, the Wausau Leading with Power Advisory Team, and a Neighbor’s Place (food pantry) Board Member.  Most recently, Matt and his wife Denise founded NOAH – Neighbors Offering a Hand, which is a non profit organization that collects, cleans, stores, and distributes children’s clothing, toys, and equipment and offers it free to foster parents for the care of foster children. 

Tyler Richardson

Tyler also serves on the Human Resources Committee.  He enjoys reading, playing board games, photographing clouds, and craft projects.

Jane Ritger

Janes also serves on the Marketing Committee.

Emily Voss

VOSStudios Owner
On the Board since: 2018
Emily Voss serves on the Marketing Committee of The Neighbor’s Place.  Other volunteer activities including serving on the Board of Directors for The Community Foundation, the BID Board and the Chalkfest committee.  She has a newly certified Therapy dog and plans to visit local medical facilities to lift the spirits of patients.
